Formed by agents, for agents, Professional Agencies Reinsurance, Limited (PAR ltd.) is a captive domiciled in Bermuda. First established in 1986, it serves as an ownership and investment vehicle for policyholders of E&O Plus, a top-self errors and omissions product. AND

As actual shareholders in PAR, firms receive financial reward for their steadfast adherence to the Quality Management Principles which have been developed by E&O Plus to minimize errors & omission claims and improve overall agency operations.

 

PAR is one of the longest-running, continuous captives that can be found in the business. Our belief is that when you join the best independent agents and brokers—who are all working to minimize exposure and improve efficiencies—all can benefit.

 

Additional founders of E&O Plus include: 

· Assurex Global, the world’s largest network of independent insurance brokers.

· The Council of Independent Agents and Brokers (CIAB), which represents leading commercial insurance agencies and brokerage firms in the US and abroad.

· Fireman’s Fund, the underwriter for E&O Plus.
